How to inquire about the price?

Please type in the electronic number of the required component, the required quantity, and your E-mail address in the emergency shopping section on the homepage and send; or, you can browse our product catalogs.

  • Find the component, and:
    1. click on the item
    2. click on the “inquiry” button
    3. fill in the quantity and your E-mail address, and click on the “inquiry” button.
  • If the required component can not be found, please fill in the quantity and the E-mail address, and click on the “inquiry” button.
  • Your inquiry will be sent directly to the business representative, and a price quote will be given afterwards. You will receive an E-mail with detailed prices and information about delivery.
  • The products will be shipped through UPS or FedEx. (For overseas orders only.)

 

Are the components available in stock right now?

We cooperate with lots of dealers and suppliers; therefore, the available products you see on our website are often really in stock.

 

How long does it take to ship the products after an order is placed?

The products are delivered to our shipping department directly by our suppliers, and can be shipped out in 5 to 7 days under normal conditions. As for overseas suppliers, it can take 7 to 14 days.

 

How to know if it is the exact component that I ordered?

Our QA section will carefully examine the quality of each component, and any defects will be sent back to the supplier. You will not be charged for that.

 

How long does the warranty last?

We will provide a thirty-day warranty to assure you that the product conforms to the description about the product quality and function as listed in the manufacturers’ technical information. The clients’ returned goods (unused defective products) will be replaced for new ones from the manufacturer.

 

How do I pay for orders?

Please pay for your order using wire transfers.

(一) Payment and shipping methods

We do not offer home-delivery services currently. Please pay for your order within 3 workdays after placing an order to expedite our shipping service. Products will be shipped out within 7 to 10 days after we confirm your payment (There is no shipping service on holidays; shipping will be postponed accordingly.). We will inform you in advance if we run out of stock.

Domestic ordered products will be mailed out, and overseas ones will be shipped out by FedEx (cash on delivery). Please inform us in advance if freight shipping or express is needed for domestic orders. Shipping fees are charged considering the weight and the size of the product.

 

(二) Service of finding required components

Please provide detailed information such as component model numbers, brands, packaging, information and purposes. Related specification books and pictures are preferred. To avoid providing incorrect information also helps expedite the service.

 

(三) Return/ Exchange service

Please check and test the product within 7 days after receiving it. If the product is defective or the quantity is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. A tested defective product’s test report is required for the return and exchange service. Please make sure the specification is the required one before placing an order. We do not accept returns/ exchanges because of wrong purchases or other factors other than defective items.

Some electronic components such as IC and semiconductors are write-at-once products. Please contact us as soon as the first product tests as defective.

Note: (Only unused defective products are accepted for return/ exchange service.)

 

(四) Domestic payment methods

Available products circulate rapidly on the market, so please confirm that the product is in stock before paying for the order.

The account number is not displayed on the website in order to prevent fraud.
<We only provide a Bank SinoPac account. The transfer fee should be covered by buyers. If there is any change in processing fee, please refer to the announcement of the financial institution.>

  1. Deposit without passbooks: Go to Bank SinoPac and fill out a deposit slip (deposit slips used only for deposit in the bank). Please also write down the deposit person’s personal information for further confirmation. This does not require passwords and processing fee.
  2.  Postal office ATM transfer: Inter-bank transfer processing fee costs NT $17. Balance transferred after PM3:30 (bank’s business hour) will not be remitted until the next day.
  3.  Bank ATM transfer: Using SinoPac accounts to transfer does not incur a processing fee. Balance transferred after PM3:30 (bank’s business hour) will not be remitted until the next day. Other banks’ inter transfer costs will be NT $17 for processing fee. Balance transferred after PM3:30 (bank’s business hour) will not be remitted until the next day.
  4.  Bank remittance forms: Request the remittance forms over the counter during business hours. Using SinoPac accounts for inter transfer is a cost of NT $17 for processing fee. Other banks’ inter transfer costs are NT $30 to NT $100, depending on the bank.
  5.  Postal office remittance forms: Request the remittance forms over the counter during business hours. Request postal inter transfer application forms (in purple) for inter transfers. Processing fee is NT $30 only for postal accounts owners, while NT $80 for customers without a postal account (according to the regulations of the postal office).
  6. Foreign currency transfer: Bank related processing fee is covered by buyers.
